About the speakers
Anurag Aggarwal was a MasterChef UK 2023 finalist, working with Michelin-starred chefs and leaving a successful finance career to pursue his passion for Indian cuisine. Now a chef, restaurant consultant, and storyteller, Anurag shares his journey of blending food, philosophy, and happiness.
In 2025, he’s launching POD, a fresh ready-to-eat meal brand, and releasing his first cookbook.
Loretta Hoy is the Green Sector Growth Manager at Essex County Council. She works to support businesses in sustainable development initiatives, fostering eco-friendly innovation and collaborating through private/public sector partnerships.
With expertise in environmental policy, business support and climate action; Loretta is committed to driving economic growth through sustainability.
Naomi Dube is a digital transformation leader, educator, and founder of Montgomery Coaching and Consultancy. With experience across corporate and third sectors, she equips individuals with essential IT skills, from AI in business to data analytics.
Passionate about closing the digital skills gap, she champions diversity in tech, and helps SMEs scale through tailored IT solutions. Recognised for her impact, Naomi has received multiple awards for her work in digital transformation and inclusion.
Julie Winnard helps clients navigate their sustainability journey, unlocking opportunities while managing risks and driving positive change. Her approach solves challenges and strengthens businesses in the process.
She works with directors, managers, sustainability teams and engineers in SMEs and established companies, as well as green and social entrepreneurs. By developing new skills and strategies, she helps organisations enhance their products and services, build resilience and contribute to a fairer society and healthier planet.
