Running a partnership event
The first ever Creative Tech Fest in Basildon will be a success because of the partners wanting to run events that showcase, amplify and motivate aspiration for young people.
If you are running a partnership event, the festival will provide you with a range of support to help make it a success.
We welcome a wide range of event ideas and formats, providing they focus interesting creative-tech ideas, in the most interactive and inclusive ways.
Extensive marketing support
Driven through direct marketing, multi-channel above-the-line communications and through trusted intermediaries.
Ticketing and data
A centralised ticketing system for all events, helping monitor socio-demographics of event attendees and to evaluate impact of the festival. You will have access to attendee data to import back into your systems after the event with GDPR compliance.
Capital funding
If you require some specific equipment or tools to make your event a success, we have a small amount of funding to allocate.
Brand association
Whilst the festival brand is new, it is a collaborative, exciting and evocative new asset for the area, which will become a trusted and high quality story for different communities.
Sponsoring an event
Alongside funding from UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) and investment from Basildon Borough Council, the festival relies on the generosity of individuals, corporations, and other institutional sources of funding to achieve our goals.
Sponsors and major partners are essential to the smooth running of the festival, but also in showcasing Basildon as an ambitious and future-focused town with shared missions.
Much of our work would not be possible without external support, so we are seeking long-term and mutually beneficial relationships. The festival team takes these opportunities and all associations very seriously.
Contributions to a specific event
With every festival event free of charge and ambitious in scope, we need sponsors to help cover operation and marketing costs.
Venues and catering
Do you have a space and/or a food and drink business who would benefit from being part of the festival buzz.
Prizes and equipment
Local suppliers could match-fund our capital budget and ensure that every participant gets something to take home and play with.
Display and communications
If you have physical and digital reach to thousands of people, could you help promote the festival?
Headline support
If the festival as a whole aligns with your values, then your support could transform what is possible in year one and beyond.
